So i'm originally from São Paulo but I’ve been living in London for about six years now. I’m a strength and conditioning coach, so yes, I basically live in gym clothes and drink far too much coffee lol.

I love training and I’m proud of being strong. I know it’s not every man’s thing, but I definitely have a soft spot for the ones who aren’t intimidated by a woman who can probably lift more than them 😉

I’m very competitive, quite direct and a little stubborn. I love people who can give it back to me though - if you can make me laugh and keep me on my toes, we’ll probably get along.

I’m much softer than I look too, but don’t tell everyone.
